I read FACEBOOK: Why I love it?!

I really enjoyed this selection. I also love Facebook. I use Facebook every day of my life. The essay was stating how ridiculously obsessed kids can get with Facebook. This selection displayed this by saying that it is all perfectly healthy.  The selection even placed the day one joined facebook, in the top 3 memorable senior year moments. A bit ridiculous, but then thinking back to the day you get a password to enter your "College's Network", was a pretty exciting day. That moment was almost like opening a new chapter of my life. Even I can agree with the need for an attractive profile picture. Especially, when going to college or requesting new friends. The profile picture is normally the first impression on facebook. Then, once being lured in with the picture, the about me section is thoroughly scanned for common interests or flirtacious language. Once a pile of friends is collected, the stalking can continue. The more people listed under your friends list, the better, even if you have never seen, heard, or certainly not met them yet. Some friends want to set a meeting date, when others just settle for a few wall posts. Facebook is like the new girl's diary. You can add cute or sassy little captions to the pictures of the previous night's party. SCANDAL! Perfection, a social life without having to use a phone, reunions, or awkward lunch dates. There is a box you can type the status our your mood into, almost like a call for attention. Although Facebook seems trivial so did many other useful things, like the telephone or writing.
